Harris is a Midwestern bank built on customer service. They’re helpful. But you can’t really tell people you’re helpful, you have to show them. So, we took the media budget and peppered over 700 bits of context-relevant help around the city. In one month of the campaign, during the height of the financial crisis, Harris took in over $1.5 BILLION in new accounts.
Apparently, the nice guy doesn’t always finish last.
